DALE LOFTS

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Celebrating 20 years of success in 2022, Dale has built Blueforce from the ground up. With over 30 years’ experience in the security industry, Dale’s dedication, drive and determination to build a flourishing company was catalysed during his years of service as a Senior Regional and National Manager for a multinational security company.

NICK LONGMAN

GROUP GENERAL MANAGER - OPERATIONS

One of our longest serving employees, Nick joined Blueforce in 2004 as a security service and installation technician, followed by a move to a service and projects management role in 2007. Moving to the pivotal position of Operations Manager in 2010, Nick oversees operational activities at all levels of the company, analyzing and strategizing ways processes can be improved to increase efficiency, productivity and quality of service. Nick has been involved in every project Blueforce has ever won and his experience and expertise are unparalleled in the business.

SAM LOFTS

GROUP GENERAL MANAGER - SALES

With over 15 years in the electrical and security industry, Sam’s knowledge and skills have been well-formed and refined during his previous role as a technician. Acting as Sales Manager for the past 11 years, Sam leads by example, motivating and inspiring his team to deliver high quality security solutions and cultivating a high-performance sales culture. Sam has a broad depth of knowledge and sales experience, excelling at lead generation, establishing and maintaining client relationships and understanding clients’ individual needs to provide innovative solutions.

JACKSON LOFTS

BLUEASSIST COORDINATOR

Taking on the role of Blueassist Coordinator, Jackson is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients through the provision of reliable medical alarm services. With over a decade of experience, Jackson has developed a deep understanding of the needs of our clients and is always looking for ways to innovate and improve our services. Jackson’s commitment to excellent customer service combined with his strong work ethic makes him a valued asset to the Blueassist team.

MATT DOEG

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Providing exceptional customer service and energized by his continual desire to stay up to date with industry trends, Matthew has been providing our aged care and community customers tailored security and life safety solutions since 2011. His ability to connect and understand individual needs and requirements has fostered countless long-lasting relationships, setting him a part from his peers and showcasing his ability to simplify complex solutions to our customer. His steadfast commitment to both his customers, and Blueassist make him an indispensable member of our team.

NICK ROSSI

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Nick is a seasoned Business Development Executive with a passion for driving business growth and cultivating long-lasting customer relationships. With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Nick understands customer needs and tailors solutions to meet their individual requirements. Nick’s dedication, drive and experience makes him an invaluable member of the Blueforce team.

ELLEN LAURIE

OFFICE MANAGER

Celebrating 10 years with Blueforce in 2021, Ellen developed her outstanding customer service skills working in the service team and continues to grow her knowledge of the security industry. Ellen’s excellent customer service, interpersonal and management skills, and her Blueassist and healthcare expertise were further shaped during her previous role as a health promotion officer, working closely with the elderly and other vulnerable groups in society.

AMALIA ZUVELA

SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR

With over 23 years’ experience working in the security industry, Senior Administrator Amalia is an integral member of our Blueforce family. Amalia began her time with Blueforce in 2007 as a control room operator, before moving into the administration team, undertaking a number of roles including Village Coordinator and Office Manager. Amalia has been able to refine and develop her account management and customer service expertise over the past 15 years as the company expands and changes with the times, making her one of the most experienced in the industry.

SHEENA WHYTE

VILLAGE COORDINATOR

Joining Blueforce in 2015 as an accounts administrator, going on to obtain her double major in Accounting and Taxation while developing her knowledge of security and life safety and diversifying her administration and customer service skill set. Moving to the integral role of Village coordinator in 2017, Sheena manages accounts, customer relations, and service support for our valued village and aged care clientele, while supporting the growth and development of our Blueassist life safety division.
